The MASA International Hotel is located in the Municipality of Torrevieja, Alicante. Located just 50 Km from the Alicante city of and 45 Km, from the Airport.

Situated on the highest point, overlooking the sea, the hotel has two levels dedicated exclusively to lodging, with a total of 50 rooms, distributed among double, singles, triples and two Jr. suites.

At the entrance of the hotel there is a parking area for fifteen cars (72 m2) and an external parking at the side of the hotel with capacity for 45 vehicles.

You can enter the hotel from the road or from the parking area at the side (from the side there is access for handicapped).

The ground floor has a built surface of 1.683 m2. There are the public areas, such as Restaurants, living rooms for multiple uses, and offices (space rented), reception, toilets, etc. Further distribution includes:

Level -1 has a built surface of 310 m2. On this level the kitchen is located, completely equipped with two temperature-controlled rooms for
preparation, dessert room, 2 freezers and 2 conservation areas. Also on this level there is a store room, wine cellar and offices for the hotel administration.

On level -2 there is a dining room and changing rooms for the hotel employees, store room and an office for the hotel maintenance department. It has a built surface of 263 m2.

Level -3 with a built surface of 919 m2, here there is a pool with two toilets and a kiosko bar for the summertime.

The pool is 196. m2 and its surroundings 421 m2 of terrace area and solarium.

Next to the pool there is a space dedicated to offices (rented units) with a surface of 236 m2. The pool is a very appropriate area for any kind of celebration or event.
