We provide the sensational restaurant service of Il Bacio Ristorante & Pizzeria Italiana and Il Bacio Bar & Beach Club, as well as an outdoor pool next to the beach, a sun terrace, and reception with opening hours from July to December from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., laundry service, vending machine, cafeteria, meeting room, and bike rental — all designed to ensure your rest and relaxation.

The building has 25 apartments and 3 double rooms completely refurbished in 2007, along with two meeting rooms that can be converted into one, with a capacity of up to 150 people, a gym, restaurant, bar with private dining rooms, and a very spacious area used as rented offices. The building is composed of three blocks, one at the back and two at the front divided by the pool. Both blocks have three heights: ground level, +1, and -1. The back block at its lower part has 3 studios (101, 102, and 103) used as conventional hotel rooms. They are spacious with a large bathroom and plenty of natural light.

The Hotel Lloyds Club is located right on La Mata Beach in the Municipality of Torrevieja, 45 km to the city of Alicante and 40 km to the Airport. It occupies an area of 1,800 m2 with a built surface of 4,017 m2 within the urbanization known as “Las Maravillas.”

Apartments 104 to 109 (105 appears as an office on the plan but is actually an apartment) have two levels. On the higher level, they feature a living room, an American-style kitchen, and a small patio at the back. On their lower level (-1), there is a spacious area with four beds and a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, along with a bathroom with entrances from both spaces and a washbasin for each space, with the bathtub in the middle. At the end of this corridor is apartment 110, which, in addition to everything the others offer, has an extra room with a double bed, with a capacity of up to 8 people.

On level +1 of the back block, apartments 201 to 210 are located. These apartments are also distributed on two levels. On level +1 are the bathroom, an American-style kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom separated by one or two beds depending on the apartment. Additionally, a spiral stairway leads up to an attic with an individual bed and access to a private solarium. The two front blocks facing the sea are composed of three levels: ground, -1, and +1.
